I was so surprised when our purchasing department called to tell me our chocolates we ordered were here - I said "that's impossible, I ordered them less than 24 hours ago!!!" We truly value the willingness of totally chocolate to replace the 30 shattered chocolate CD's we received with our recent order. I understand that you will get these produced and shipped in a week or so. You asked me to send details of the shipping experience.

We received 50 cases of CD's via FED-EX. Upon delivery, I observed the driver handling the boxes in a rough fashion - actually tossing the boxes from shelf to floor of truck. The boxes were clearly labelled "FRAGILE". The driver made account notes that 10/50 boxes had external damage upon delivery. I filed a FED-EX claim in my wifes name using the tracking # 098259481206813. Upon speaking to fedex today, they told me that totally chocolate should be the one's pursuing any claim with fedex. They also validated that account notes existed listing damage to 10 boxes.

Zoe, again we truly appreciate your immediate resolution. I must also commend your excellent customer service skills! I would welcome you to forward this note to your supervisor as testament of how pleased I was with my experience dealing with you. As you stated, your company wants each customer to have an excellent experience from order to receipt, and you certainly have lived up to this goal thus far. Thanks again for being so kind.
